Schedule Management

DPC has experienced professionals who are adept in schedule planning and management. Our project managers possess the requisite skillsets to plan, highlight and address scheduling challenges associated with planning, phasing and sequencing various work trades and contract packages, particularly for large-scale projects.

Our team shall provide a Schedule Management Plan which will include necessary processes to plan, track, manage and control the respective timelines and milestone dates at various project stages. Our project managers shall closely monitor the planned vs actual activities and durations, critical path activities, etc. in order to identify any lapses or missteps and offer solutions for mitigating delays.

Additionally, our project managers are equipped with contractual know-how to assist Project Architects/ Contract Administrators in reviewing their assessments on Contractor’s extension of time claims.
