Specialisation (Hospitality)

At DPC, our plan is to focus our specialised expertise in managing hotel upgrading projects with a multitude of stakeholders who each play a vital role in the decision-making processes.

Our project managers are experienced in managing concurrent tenders and contract administration of multiple fitting-out contracts for various hotel departments (e.g. Operations, Guestrooms, F&B, etc.). We play an active role in engaging with the different hotel units, understanding the diverse stakeholder requirements, planning and managing the project execution to achieve desired project outcomes in budget, time and quality.
