Successful delivery of a project hinges on meticulous tracking of all processes, monitoring of all activities, and constantly applying corrective actions to steer the project to the desired outcome.

Dwight Gwee has keen expertise in planning and project management. His track record involves a range of projects both local and overseas. His body of work includes a range of projects from hospitality, healthcare, and institutional projects. He also specialises in procurement management, particularly on Public Sector Projects and is well-versed in contract administration, specifically in utilising the Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract.


Dwight believes in being fully prepared and strives to have full knowledge of his work and that enables him to think out of the box when it comes to problem-solving. With an adaptive leadership style, he has led notable institutional projects such as SAFTI Military Institute and Temasek Polytechnic. Over the years, he has been involved in hospitality projects for the Banyan Tree Group as well as in key local projects such as the National Library and the Mandai Park Development.


Today, in his role as Project Director in DP Consultants, he leads by example by taking a hands-on approach to problem solving, while also fully utilising his wide range of experience and knowledge from working in foreign markets such as in Thailand and China. Dwight also actively engages with the built environment industry as a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, Member of the Society of Project Managers, and member of the Board of Architects in Singapore.
