With his background in contract management and his 20 years of experience in project management, Leonard Cheok brings to DP Consultants his deep understanding and practical know-how in project planning, coordination, negotiation and administration. His portfolio spans multiple building types from residential, commercial to institutional; and presents his strength in large-scale, multifarious developments including Resorts World Sentosa, Farrer Park Hospital and MediaCorp campus. In these projects, he was involved in the construction, coordination and contract administration.

Leonard is responsible for the daily project and contract administration of projects under his charge, and the review of consultancy services agreements and contractors’ letter of appointments. He is well-versed in the administration of the Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contracts and the Singapore Institute of Architects Conditions of Contract. He works closely with the consultants in the review and assessment of delays, and related contractual issues. As part of his portfolio, he is also responsible for scheduling and packaging of works; resource planning and budget allocation of resident site supervisory staff.
