Contract Administration

If appointed as Contract Administrators, DPC shall act on behalf of the Employer on all contract related issues from the onset of the project.

The scope of services includes but not is not limited to:

- Tender administration (from the outline brief and scope of works to preparing for tender documentation and forms of contract, to the calling of tender, issuance of tender clarifications and addenda if any, coordinating tender interviews and submitting tender evaluation reports for award)

- Contract administration includes the day-to-day coordination and correspondences with the Contractor (together with the Employer and Consultancy team) to manage the Contract by way of issuing contract correspondences (Instructions/ Certificates), monitoring site progress, reviewing the Contractor's programme and evaluating Contractor's claims for monthly progress payment, variation orders and extensions of time, up to project completion, making good of defects and final handover. The Contract Administrator shall ensure the Contractor fulfils his contract obligations expeditiously and in accordance to the Contract.
