Defects Management

The key to the success of any project requires not only to comply with the Brief, design and specifications; it is also imperative to ensure the project is delivered to the highest standards and quality. Nonetheless, it is common for building defects to occur, either due to workmanship issue, or lack of conformance to design intents and/or authority requirements. Hence, our role in defects management is critical to ensure all outstanding and/or defective works are completed satisfactorily to achieve successful project closeout. DPC shall work closely with the project team and stakeholders to ensure that all defects are promptly recorded and issued within the contractual timelines and rectified in a timely manner so as to mitigate any delay which may potentially limit the contractor’s rectification works schedule due to lack of access of handed over areas, and may pose hindrance to operations and/or building occupiers.
