Due Diligence

Project due diligence is alike a risk assessment process, typically undertaken by a team of specialist key consultants (Architects, Engineers and Quantity Surveyors) to provide a comprehensive study of the proposed building project. It is a prudent exercise designed to enable the Client to decide if they should wish to proceed with a potential project by weighing the project prospective against the social, economic and environmental risks. Our role as project managers is to facilitate and manage the processes to ensure the risk analyses conducted by the respective specialists encompasses all the necessary technical appraisals as well as commercial estimates to realize the project.
